Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it.

About Me
My life and work have been shaped by a deep curiosity about the role of humanity within the wider web of life.
The landscapes we inhabit are not inanimate objects around us—they are living networks of entangled relationships that include us. Even while we forget this, the earth is moving through our blood, flesh, breath, and bones. I have been drawn to exploring both the consequences of imagining ourselves as separate and the pathways toward more reciprocal, life-sustaining relationships.
My projects increasingly orient around bridging worlds that have been kept apart by Western society: humans and wildlife, science and art, psychology and ecology, data and storytelling. Through working at the intersections where different ways of knowing meet, I believe new creative solutions and movements emerge.
I'm quick to find awe and wonder in the seemingly mundane, and frequently immerse myself in the landscapes I love most—wandering, foraging, soaking in hot springs, reading and writing poetry, and generally feeling astonished.
